Our philospophy at Moose is “More. Better. Nice.” – more of the ingredients you love with better quality ingredients that leave you smiling and thinking “nice”.
We hand make a superb range of muesli, jams, brownies, salad dressings, tea, chocolate mousse and other divine fresh and pantry items. Our food is simple, approachable, intense and full of high quality natural ingredients from great local suppliers.
Moose Cafe in Redfern is open on weekends, so come in and sample some of our hand made food and great coffee from Numero Uno. Moose Cafe is now closed, but will reopen towards the end of March as something bigger, better, nice.
Why Moose? We like the look and the sound of the name. And the silhouette of the animal; that looks good too.
