What to do with Blood Oranges?

Well, the season is short. Really short. Too short! I've made the most amazing little gluten free AND dairy free cakes using Blood Oranges. The result: Blood Orange & Pistachio cakelets. If the season wasn't so short, I'd be selling them in my new café/bakery. (shhhhhhh, location is being negotiated, concept will be ready to go in October).
